Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Talera, we are committed to providing high-quality software services and solutions for businesses. Subscription Cancellation Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period. Refund Policy Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a technical issue prevents the customer from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable period, a refund may be considered. No refunds will be issued for: * Services already used. * Change of mind after activation. * Failure to use the service after successful activation. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
